Do I need to be 21 or older?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to enter the site, create an order, and receive wine. A person aged 21 or older may need to show valid ID at delivery.
Where do you currently sell?
The current checkout flow supports Virginia, United States. Addresses outside the supported service area may be rejected at checkout.
Do you ship every product shown in the shop?
The shop displays current product status. Items marked sold out or coming soon cannot be added to checkout until they are available.
Can I track my order?
When tracking information is available, it will appear in your order history and may also be shared by email.
When is my wine reserved?
Inventory is checked before checkout and again during payment. If payment is not completed in time, the temporary hold may be released so the stock remains accurate.
What if a wine is out of stock?
The shop and checkout pages use live inventory status. If a product is sold out, checkout will prevent the order from continuing until the cart is updated.
Are shipping and tax shown before payment?
Yes. Checkout shows the order subtotal, shipping, tax, and total before payment is completed.
What should I do if an order arrives damaged?
Use the Returns page for next steps. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when available.
