8. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Because we sell alcoholic beverages, returns may be limited by law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at sales@saberawines.com within 3 business days of delivery.

We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.
