Before Requesting a Return
Because Sabera Wines sells alcoholic beverages, returns and refunds may be limited by law and operational requirements.
Please contact us before attempting to return wine. We will review the order and explain the next step based on the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when available.
- Keep the bottle, label, packaging, and receipt if possible.
- Do not discard damaged packaging until our customer service team responds.
- Use the email address associated with the order.
How We Resolve Issues
Depending on the issue and applicable requirements, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may be unable to accept requests caused by preference, missed delivery attempts, incorrect customer information, or issues reported after the review window.
